Klíže Lookout Tower

A new observation tower has been built above the village of Beckov, which is quickly becoming a popular destination in the region. Klíže Lookout tower offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and, thanks to its easy accessibility, is ideal for families with children or recreational hikers.

The wooden lookout tower, over 20 metres high, is situated in open countryside where several hiking and cycling trails meet. A maintained path lined with a tree avenue leads to it directly from Beckov, so the excursion is manageable even for less fit visitors.

The area around the lookout provides a pleasant place to rest – you’ll find a fire pit, a quiet spot to sit, and a small chapel dedicated to the Virgin Mary. You can also enhance your outing by visiting the nearby Beckov Salaš.

The lookout is also easily accessible by mountain bike – you can connect, for example, from the Cycle Route Vážska cyklomagistrála via the Zelená voda area.
