Just Dancing

Is It Too Late for Contemporary Dance?

A group of women from the areas around Trenčianske Teplice, Trenčín and Nimnica decided to spend one week doing something many of them had never done before: learning contemporary dance.

With no previous dance experience. With no need to be perfect. With bodies that have already lived through something. And with a great deal of curiosity.

Just Dancing is the result of this shared experiment. It is about movement that awakens both body and mind. About encounters that create a sense of closeness. About the courage to try something new – even when we feel it may already be too late for new beginnings.

Come and support these women and see what can happen when we allow ourselves to just dance.
